We have introduced a new feature where you can quickly check the number of 1:1’s conducted with your pairs,The trends of topics, and the status of your upcoming 1:1. You can switch between card and list view for better visibility.
We have received these comments about 1:1 such as
“I feel more at ease talking to my manager”
“1:1 helped establish a stronger foundation in our relationship”
“Having a rhythm in 1:1 has made things smooth”
To enhance the sense of togetherness, we’ve made it easier to have conversations by allowing you to confirm where each other is looking on the screen while in 1:1.
*There are no changes to the flow from setting up to finishing a 1:1.
After a 1:1 session, team members can share their feedback with the manager, allowing them to catch the effectiveness of the 1:1 and make improvements for the next session.
*Feedback will be shared directly with the manager, but satisfaction level will continue to be displayed anonymously as before.
